Review content:
I came on a Friday night and my reservation was ""running a little behind"" according to the hostess. I went to the bar and waited while the bartender flirted with some servers, never did get a drink and got seated about 10 minutes late for my res.
The meat servers walked by our table and never even batted an eye until I yelled 'hey!'. I asked for a manager from our server who tried to ask us what the problem was. I said I wanted to talk to a manager, he said ""you are getting meats now, right?"". He then asked me if I would like a glass of wine on the house. I said no, please get me your manager. He went over to a gentleman, very tall with gray hair and talked to him for a second. The man came over very quickly and said, rudely, ""what can I do for you?"" I told him the meat servers were ignoring us. His response ""You have to understand, sir, we are very busy."" This infuriated me and I told him we were leaving. We paid our bill and left. The server was Jonathan and the manager was named Oscar, apparently the same man on here many times. Not very customer-service oriented, he tried to intimidate me.
