Terri was the first salesman to get up and come to greet me when i arrived at Spradley Barr Ford to purchase a vehicle. From that point foward he continued to put forth his due diligence making sure that at the end of the day I left a happy and satisfied customer with a new vehicle. I rated my overall experience ""OK"" not due to Terri's efforts as a salesman, but due to the difficult time I had securing financing for the vehicle I chose. It was a nervous experience knowing that i signed the title to my trade in over and didn't have financing lined out for another week. In the end everything worked out and I am pleased with Spradley Barr's professionals and my new Ford truck.
