Review content:
The South Bay location is phenomenal. It is huge! I never have to wait to use any of the equipment, cardio or resistance equipment. The staff are friendly and courteous. I love the fact that each peice of cardio equipment has an individual TV screen so that my 45 min. cardio work out flies by and I can catch up on the news or my favorite show.
Pros: I dont have to wait for anything and it is utra clean
