Review content:
The first time I purchased a couple of ""pink"" mochis at Sakuraya was in 1970!!!! The elderly owner looked frail even then. But his son has taken over and the recipe is identical. Prices are amazingly low still after decades in business. I live 120 miles South of Gardena now, but still go up once or twice a year when I just HAVE TO HAVE some of those soft, sweet pink pillows!!!! I too buy them en gros and freeze what I cannot eat in one sitting ~ Hahahaaa!!!! Yummy yummy!!!!
