Review content:
I was a member for 3 years and worked out every other day. It was cheap and was pretty much what I needed to get started. After a while, little things started to get to me (like the lack of full sized lockers) and as they dropped their rates further they attracted a wide variety of characters (several of them slobs in the locker room and kids who cannot complete a sentence without using the f-word, and aerobic class music so loud and obnoxious that I could hear it in the shower...)
Anyway, when I decided to go to another (nicer/more expensive) gym closer to my office they had the audacity to charge me $20 to terminate my member ship (after 3 years as a member!). No attempt to keep me (not that I would have stayed) just charged me $20 bucks. I was paying more than most of the folks they were getting with super cheap deals.
So I'm not going back. They didn't care if I left (so long as they got my $20) and I Iike my new gym better. You get what you pay for.
