*Please note.. If there was a choice for Zero Stars I would have chosen that. This gym would be fine if you enjoy dated equipment, dirty showers, rude staff, and paying more than you agreed to. At first I thought... okay so maybe it hasn't been remodeled since the 60s but at least its only $10 per month and it includes group exercise classes. But any class worth taking there is at least an extra $5 per class. They continually advertise new equipment that never actually shows up and the tanning beds are falling apart. There are also pictures of their anorexic members posted on the wall just to make you feel motivated to sign up for personal training classes.
NEVER EVER LET THIS COMPANY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!
When I went to cancel the membership I signed a form and was told that I could keep working out until the 17th(since I would be charged through this date anyway) About 4 months later I noticed that I was still being charged every month. So I went in again to cancel and was not apologized to but instead required to pay $40 to cancel the membership. I will still be charged for another month of membership(since ""their system is not capable of stopping the charge"") But somehow I am also not allowed to work out for this extra month that I am being charged for. Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced!
