Review content:
This has to be the worst jewelery store around. The service is the absolute worst! Once they have your money you can forget getting any kind of decent service out of you. Don't buy a product with a lifetime warranty...They change their policies with the wind. First one thing isn't covered, then another! Make sure you get everything in writing! Better yet, just don't buy anything from them!
Cons: Poor customer service. Does not stand by warranty!
