Spent over 20,000 at this store on hi quality appliances
I was told a 2nd year warranty would be included with the purchase. My wall oven broke after 14 months and I called the store for service. When the servicer came out I showed him my receipt and he told me the warranty was over so I had to pay for the service call. I immediately called the store and was given the run around. I decided to call the manufacture and they said there was no extra warranty registered with them.
I decided to stop into the showroom and was told I needed a newly dated receipt to get re imbursed for the service call. Turns out all they do is fraudulently make up receipts when the customer needs service after the year. I was not very comfortable with this and was told it was standard in the industry to do so.
Never again would I buy from this store or recommend any else to buy from them either. They fill you with extra promises overcharge you and are not there when you need assistance.
