I initially heard about BPC Structural Pest Control because I was in a condo complex that hired them for the whole building. I was impressed with BPC's competitive pricing and quick response.
With the complex I currently own, I had to individually contract them. I am not sure how many units use them but I do recommend them all of the time.
As a buyer, I can say that the fact that they respond in a timely manner is an important part of the service. I have been using them for at least 9 years now and their response is exceptional. When they say they will do a job, it's done.
BPC does good, thorough work and they do not rush it like some other, bigger companies do. They take their time to go through the unit. Also, when you call to schedule an appointment, you do not have to wait 1 or 2 weeks like you do with the big companies.
With BPC Structural Pest Control, you are not a number. You are a partner. If they make you happy, they are successful.
