My mom is elderly and I care for her. She had put off taking care of her home so we had a local company come out and give us a bid. It was way too expensive. I first met Saul from BPC Structural Pest Control when I was out walking. They were taking care of a large condominium, so I figured they must be good. The owner Pat, came out to do the initial inspection. I also had another corporate company out, but I liked Pat and decided to use them. They were great. They did a lot of wood repair work. They fixed rotted beams and did really nice woodworking. They are nice, professional and do a great job. They cleaned up when they were done and were just a pleasure to work with. The inspector was late and rather than asking to move a car wrote a incomplete report. had to take two days off work to resolve the issue. Vicki was obnoxious and did not returne several phone calls. Completely incompetent completely unhelpful RESPONSE FROM BPC Structural Pest Control: In response to attorney David's review, #1 he resides in a condo and was given prior, written information to have vehicles and storage removed from garage for inspection.#2 I, Vicki returned all 3 phone calls and left messages with his office. #3He stated that he could not take time off of work for this inspection it needed to be a Sat. initial appt.was on Sat 6/19. #4 He threatened a legal action if he did not get a Sat. appoint. for the garage inspection. more

We knew we had termites and could not move out of our home for a fumigation. BPC's inspector did a great job at explaining the findings on the inspection report and how he could treat the termites. (Badly I hoped.) Also I was worried about the process and all my questions were answered. They killed all our termites and did the wood repairs too! Thank you again BPC. more

We use BPC Structural Pest Control to do all of our termite secondary treatments because they get in and do the job in a timely manner. We do not use them for wood repair because we have in-house repair people who handle that. They service over 200 units yearly and another 100 to 150 for resale. These are planned developments, stand-free houses, and condos. For the sale properties, we use BPC exclusively because they are timely and they do a full inspection as opposed to other companies that will leave off fences or garages. The BPC inspectors are thorough and their reports are clear. This is probably our 15th year with BPC Structural Pest Control. They cover a wide area for us, including Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura, Ojai, and Santa Paula. One of the nice things that they do is, in between the regular termite and pest control inspections, they will come out on call and re-treat different areas. I initially heard about BPC Structural Pest Control because I was in a condo complex that hired them for the whole building. I was impressed with BPC's competitive pricing and quick response. With the complex I currently own, I had to individually contract them. I am not sure how many units use them but I do recommend them all of the time. As a buyer, I can say that the fact that they respond in a timely manner is an important part of the service. I have been using them for at least 9 years now and their response is exceptional. When they say they will do a job, it's done. BPC does good, thorough work and they do not rush it like some other, bigger companies do. They take their time to go through the unit. Also, when you call to schedule an appointment, you do not have to wait 1 or 2 weeks like you do with the big companies. With BPC Structural Pest Control, you are not a number. You are a partner.
