I recently was unlucky enough to lock myself out of my storage unit. I got into the gated area just fine, but couldn't get into my actual unit. The management company was ZERO help so I called Buffalo Locks Service in the hope they could help me out. I only had to wait about 45 minutes in order for them to come by and open the unit up for me. I am happy they could help me out and passed their name along to the management company of the storage units so they have someone to call when customers need help.
