I got really lucky with Buffalo Locks Service, I recently needed a deadbolt installed in my home and called over a dozen locksmiths to discuss the process and price. I like to be well informed of what's going to be done to my home before I cough up the money. The secretary at Buffalo Locks was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. I had my pick of appointment times and got them to come on the weekend before the Sunday football games! They did a very quick job but it was organized and well thought up. I am happy to report to you that the deadbolt came out perfectly and I have had zero problems with it. more

Have you given out spare keys to so many people you don't even remember who currently has access to your place? Ex-boyfriends, dogwalkers, house sitters, friends . . . . the possibilities are endless. Call Buffalo Locks Service, and you'll be feeling secure again in no time. 10 in the morning, on a Sunday? Apparently not a problem for these guys - they called right back, headed out soon after, and had 3 locks changed on 2 doors in 15 minutes! Friendly, affordable, quick - it was so easy! I highly recommend! more

I needed lockout service twice in 48 hours. Both times, Buffalo Locks Service showed up within the 30 minutes quoted. They were professional and quick. other services didn't verify that I actually lived at the place they were opening. Buffalo Locks Service on the other hand, took several steps to verify my address. This shows an additional level of integrity. I will only use them moving forward and will probably need them again seeing how careless Ive been lately. more

awesome service 12/7/2010

i lost my keys at the sabres game last week and had these guys come down to cut me a new key to my house. i was lucky and had a key to the car hidden so i called them had them meet me at my house. i am happy to report that they worked quickly and they did an awesome job, there is no damage to the door at all and they were reasonably priced for coming over around midnight on a thursday. they worked quickly so i could get to sleep and had a normal day at work.thanks guys, great service from you. more

A+ Customer Service! 12/7/2010

I recently was unlucky enough to lock myself out of my storage unit. I got into the gated area just fine, but couldn't get into my actual unit. The management company was ZERO help so I called Buffalo Locks Service in the hope they could help me out. I only had to wait about 45 minutes in order for them to come by and open the unit up for me. I am happy they could help me out and passed their name along to the management company of the storage units so they have someone to call when customers need help. more
