My wife and I were relocating to Houston from NYC and looking to rent for a year before purchasing a home, and were referred to Richard based on his excellent reputation. Richard went out of his way to help preview homes before we arrived in Houston, and upon arrival we found the perfect townhouse within 2 days. We're so happy Richard was our realtor because he was able to interpert our wants very quickly, show us homes within our budget, explain the neighborhoods in detail, and closed the deal quickly. I would certainly recommend Richard to anyone in need of a home in the Houston area and will be calling Richard once we're ready to purchase a home.
