Review content:
This is my child's first year attending Forest Hill Nursery School. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing her in action in the classroom and she really looks forward to the days that I volunteer. I have been so impressed with the way the students follow the routines and move fluidly between the different center activities in the classroom. I have also been impressed with the hands-on homework assignments. For each letter and accompanying sound the children learn, they have to collect items around the house beginning with that sound to take into school to share with their classmates. What a meaningful assignment! It has helped my daughter make connections to so many items and their beginning sounds around our house. My daughter adores her teacher and can't wait to go to school each day.
