So we just got scammed out of our entire $2400 deposit even though we spent 12 DAYS cleaning and moving our stuff out before we left...the hallways needed a fresh coat of paint but that was about it. it turns out they have done no work at all. They have a scam maintenance company called Titan that writes up invoices full of bullsh*t work that they haven't actually performed on the property...they just hope that you will be stupid enough never to find out that they haven't done anything. So unless you want to live in a property that is falling apart, pay through the nose for it, deal with a bunch of jack*sses and lose your deposit, for your sanity, your pocketbook and your general well being, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
