Tarek Salem is extremely courteous and even came out to do our inspection on a Sunday- and I called on Friday! He didn't mind that I followed him around while he did his inspection and explained some things to me (ie. that we had room to add breakers to the breaker panel for things like a hot tub, etc.) that I wouldn't have thought of. I told him of a known issue of water in the crawl space (which I had found during my own inspection) and he helped me figure out where the water was coming in and explained how to remedy it. He also provides a recall check for all appliances in the house- something else that sets him above the rest. Oh, and he makes sure the microwave works by throwing in a bag of popcorn, which my wife enjoyed while I followed him around the house. All in all I would recommend Armor Home Inspection to anyone and everyone, including my own mother! Very, very thorough inspection and a very personable inspector. What more could you ask for?
