Armor Home Inspection

tarek salem is the best home inspector ever. He was very courtous and explained the steps in which he would do the inspection. he explained to us what needed immediate attention. we were unable to get in the home that we wanted to get inspected our appt was at one and we couldnt get in the house until five and he came all the way back to do the inspection and was not upset that he had to come back i would recommend him to everyone. more

Tarek Salem is extremely courteous and even came out to do our inspection on a Sunday- and I called on Friday! He didn't mind that I followed him around while he did his inspection and explained some things to me (ie. that we had room to add breakers to the breaker panel for things like a hot tub, etc.) that I wouldn't have thought of. I told him of a known issue of water in the crawl space (which I had found during my own inspection) and he helped me figure out where the water was coming in and explained how to remedy it. He also provides a recall check for all appliances in the house- something else that sets him above the rest. Oh, and he makes sure the microwave works by throwing in a bag of popcorn, which my wife enjoyed while I followed him around the house. All in all I would recommend Armor Home Inspection to anyone and everyone, including my own mother! Very, very thorough inspection and a very personable inspector. What more could you ask for? more
