Review content:
We ordered a pair of rain pants for a fishing trip and they were too large. They were sent back and a credit did not appear on our charge card. When I called, I was told that it arrived on a specific date, but had just been laying around and hadn't been processed yet. That was in September, it is now December and they have yet to refund. They are difficult to get in touch with and will not respond to e-mails. Do not order from them!!
Cons: they do not refund money for returned items and lie about it
