Review content:
The West End Salon and Spa has a very relaxing and comfortable ambiance. The waiting area has elegant, comfortable leather couches and a very organized product display area. I was treated to a very nice massage by Colleen, which was given to me as a gift. Otherwise I may have never found this place.
The other reviews are way off base when they say that this salon is very dirty and unsanitary. West End Salon is very clean and sanitary. If they are talking about hair under the chairs where people are getting their HAIRCUT, then yes there is hair under the chairs, but the employees cleaned it up after the client was done getting their...you guessed it... HAIRCUT. I hope this whole salon environment is now beginning to make sense to the reviewers who said the salon is not clean.
Overall West End Salon and Spa has a very nice feel to it and I will be returning there for a massage in the future.
