Took our car in for a full service cleaning and waxing, $40. They broke my passenger side mirror when wiping it down. The mirror was dangling from the bracket. We took it back to them and they told us that it was already like that. Somebody hit the mirror (a spot on the outside of the mirror) and therefore the bracket on the inside that holds the mirror in place was broken from that impact. I was on the phone with a Lexus Certified Specialist and the even tried to tell the GM, sir that is not a way to do business. A bracket on the inside can not be damaged from the outside. Beware...Don't say I did not warn you. There are plenty of other places that do good work, have good service and honor their work. This is not one of them. So $400 for part, plus labor, I might have a clean car but can't use my mirror.
