Mister Car Wash

Took our car in for a full service cleaning and waxing, $40. They broke my passenger side mirror when wiping it down. The mirror was dangling from the bracket. We took it back to them and they told us that it was already like that. Somebody hit the mirror (a spot on the outside of the mirror) and therefore the bracket on the inside that holds the mirror in place was broken from that impact. I was on the phone with a Lexus Certified Specialist and the even tried to tell the GM, sir that is not a way to do business. A bracket on the inside can not be damaged from the outside. Beware...Don't say I did not warn you. There are plenty of other places that do good work, have good service and honor their work. This is not one of them. So $400 for part, plus labor, I might have a clean car but can't use my mirror. more

I've been taking all my cars to Prestige since they opened. Everyone here is friendly and they do a great job. I highly recommend them . more

They did a really good job detailing my car. There are allot of young kids working there, but they were just as good as the other car wash places Ive been too where they had adults working . I have been to some nice car wash places in the Galleria area, but for some reason everytime I would leave, something was broken or missing off my car. So far this has not happen here at Prestiege. more

I went there to get a wash but the people who were working there were all kids. They didn't care about service for sure, because they let me wait in my car for at least 10-15 minutes, before they approached me. Cons: professionalism more

THEY WASHED MY 2006 MERCEDES CONVERTIBLE AND FORGOT TO ROLL UP ALL MY WINDOWS. THEY TRIED TO HIDE WHAT THEY DID BUT THE SOAP WAS ALL OVER THE LEATHER SEATS AND THEY TRIED TO PLAY IT OFF. I THINK THE PROBLEM IS THEY HIRE THESE YONG KIDS, WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AND THEN THEY RUSH TO THE NEXT CAR. LIKE AN ASSEMBLY LINE. Cons: SERVICE more
