I had a question in regards to a no pick-up service which was turned into a trashy verbal confrontation by the Patriot Waste representative. I asked her not to speak to me in that tone and to transfer me to the owner or the office manager, the woman on the telephone said that she was the owner, which was pathetic for a business owner. As a business owner and a human she was very rude for no apparent reason. I asked if there was a website to voice my concerns and she stated ""NO"". She stated that my account had been paid up and that was all she had to say and hung up the telephone. I am sure there is others that she is treating like this, I can just imagine if everyone she is treating like this took away their business her company and her home will be the local trash dump.
