If I could rate lower than one star I would for this business. Like the other reviews I thought the price was great. But when I had to deal with them on the phone I was floored. One pick up day my trash was not picked up. When I called to inquire why the lady answering the phone told me rudely that it was because I had not paid. I told her that I had not received a bill for that cycle. (this happens too often due to having a similar address to someone else). I asked if they sent a reminder and was told that, ""they don't do that"". I asked if they would come back by and pick up my trash. She told me no. She told me I could pay by credit card over the phone. I asked if they would come pick up my trash. She told me no. I told her I wasn't paying by credit card. When I sent in my payment, I deducted the weekly amount for the week I did not receive service. I also wrote a letter expressing my dissatisfaction with the person who answers the phone and explaining why I did not pay for the one week. No service, no pay. When I got my check back she wrote a negative comment on my check! I'm sure someone would wonder why I paid them for more service but it was only for one more billing cycle. They don't deserve my hard earned money. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. If anything, I will strongly discourage using their service.
