I like so many others switched to Patriot because of their cheap fees. Call me stupid!! The problem of not picking up trash seems to happen often. Dont expect them to send anyone out either. I called today because they have not picked up my trash. I spoke to Karen who told me they will be out next week on my regular trash day. I said, ""so when you dont come, you dont go back?"" She smartly says, ""well give me your address let me look it up."" So what she tells me they will be back out next week without even attempting to look and see what might have happened?? She comes back to tell me the driver wrote down that he was there at 7:16am. Ok, so thats suppose to make it ok, because the man that drives the trash truck is honest Abe??!! I know the trash was out. I had my kids take it out Christmas night because of all the stuff we had. I am so irate now!! I have left the trash out there all week thinking maybe the days were different. So now Im suppose take it all back up and then roll it back down again. I pay for 4 weeks service I want 4 weeks trash pick up!! This company stinks worse than the trash they dont pick up!! Dont be fooled by their nice guy act when your signing up for service. Of course they will be nice then, its when something happens and you have to call them that you may as well forget it.
