Review content:
Sunrise Yoga is the place for yoga in the Triad. Having been to other yoga classes at fitness clubs, it is a refreshing change to learn yoga with certified instructors who know how to inspire you and modify the poses so each student can work at their own level. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the students and instructors make you feel part of the family the minute you walk in.
