I lived in this property for three years. I made good friends and they will be moving out soon as well. The location is the only perk. My friends are telling me they are getting every one to voice out their concerns now so here is mine. There has been three different managers since I moved in which tells you how the priorities change!!! The first year it seemed okay the only thing out of control was security and maintenance but little things here and there. Then this big company took over Integrity I have seen some of their other properties and I think they expected these old but nice apartments to exceed those others.
The New Manager was the best!!! Young but very professional, tall blond girl Gloria I think was her name. She was getting on those maintenance issues like you wouldn't believe!!! The Apartments became the best they could her assistant was a bit young and inter herself so Gloria pretty much ran the complex herself she seriously had no help besides the extremely nice maintenance workers!!! One Day she was gone!!! out of nowhere she really cleaned the place up from them people and I cannot stress how professional she was!!! I felt so at home there I brought in two new tenants they felt the same as I did!!!
The New Manager was a TOTAL B#$H!!!! No reason she seems to try to be nice but ALL FAKE!!! Her DUMB assistant also had a run in with my neighbor over her not listening simple as that just hearing what she was saying. The Manager is professional in her own way but she is one of those SLUM landlords who its her way or the high way no matter what on any issue!!! NO COMPASSION AT ALL OVER ANYTHING!!! I heard her talk to kids like crap all the time!!!! SHE TALKS DOWN TO EVERYONE!!! Even if your talking to her about simple thing she is always talking down to you!!! So I left a few months ago over the bad management, cannot live comfortably!!! Yea one of those landlords who is hanging over your head for no reason she has nothing else to do for no reason
oh and during all changes my deposit was conveniently lost and I was billed for carpet cleaning when I had just done it with their company and showed receipt. I paid it so I wouldn't have to deal with their bs!!! they have their heads up their ass and never listen its their way or the highway total bishes!!!
