Took their offer to try the cardio class one time and when I politely told the membership-sign-up-hungry manager Greg that I am still undecided, he blurted that I just wanted to take advantage of them, just want to use them, and that I wasted their time!
Two days prior to this, 24HR fitness very nicely gave me 14-day trials in their Jordan Landing and Sandy branches to try ALL their classes and facilities. The step classes in both branches were excellent. The instructors were awesome and took the time to say hi and invite me back.
Verdict: Greg should not work with customers! He is a disgrace to Gold's Gym. Who is training the staff for this facility?
