A few months ago I was in Burbank with my daughter and while we were walking, we chanced upon this place. There was an ad outside saying that facials are only $60 so i decided to give it a try. I went in and 2 ladies came out (I think they were mother and daughter) and said they'll do the facial and they will also give me an eyebrow wax since they said I need one and they do it really good. And my daughter decided she'll get a manicure. So I had my brow waxed first (the older lady was doing it), then the facial and when she was doing my facial the lady asked me if I want a microdermabrasion too. I asked her how much and she told me it's not that much so I said ok go ahead. The facial she gave me was the MOST TERRIBLE facial I have ever gotten because she wasn't gentle with my face and the products that she used smelled really weird and old. It was really terribly done. Now don't get me wrong I am not being picky but for that same amount I can get a really really good facial (Oh! u! in Glendale) and as a professional spa goer i know that the service she was giving me really sucked but i kept quiet because i just want it to be over with so we can leave that place. But the surprise didn't end there because when we were about to pay she charged me $35 for the eyebrow wax, $30 for my daughter's manicure and $120 for my facial(because she said it included microdermabrasion). So that's $185 total! (not including the tip). Because I'm not one to throw fits, especially in front of my daughter, I said ok I'll just charge it on my card. The 2 ladies then insisted that I at least pay HALF of it in CASH and the tip be given IN CASH. I couldn't believe it but I don't want to make a scene and I thought it's only money but I left swearing never to return again and vowed to tell people about this experience. I don't know if this is their modus operandi but please stay away from this place because after getting their service you feel that you've been robbed.
