Review content:
The restaurant has potential to be excellent. The staff is friendly, and they are understanding when the complaints are valid. However, the kitchen has some major drawbacks. Expect to wait an incredibly long time, as they have limited staff. When the food does arrive, it is ALWAYS cold!!! The rice and beans are always room temperature, as if they just pulled it out of a pot that has been sitting on the stove!! Two times my dish was returned, before I just gave up! By the time the rice and beans were warm, everything else was cold. They refried my tostones, and gave it back with a bite I had taken from it. I, unfortunately can't recommend a place that offers this service.
