Businiess name:  DuraFloor Concrete Finishing

Review content:
Hi, I live in Mission Viejo, Ca. when I was planning to redo my front and back yard, at the time I thought I found the perfect solution for the money spent and I went with Durafloor to resurface the concerete. They of course did a good job and it looked very good in the beginning. They also gave my a warranty for 7 years. 1 year into it, the surface started chipping and cracking. I was under assumption of course that everything is convered under warranty, when I called the owned, Tom, he informed me that cracking and chipping are not covered. (what exactly is covered is not known to me as of yet!). Anyways, they charge another $1500.00 to come and repair and reseal the cracked and chipped surfaces. If you are planning to sell your house and want to give it a facelift temporarily it is good but if your planning to stay, it does not last and is a waste of good money! Cons: DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG
