It's not often you get service on something in your house and feel really good about it afterward, but this was one of those times. I've had two other appliance repair companies come out on different issues, and I wasn't happy with either. Either they didn't give good customer service, were late, were terribly expensive, or their repairs were ineffective. I decided to try Lamar's based on all the good reviews. And those reviews were right! Lamar's was great! They were polite in taking my call, they have better rates than anyone else (they have one flat charge plus parts where the others I called had a service fee, diagnostic fee, labor fee and parts charges), and they even came same day.
Once there, the repairman was professional and courteous. He quickly found the problem with my dishwasher--the motherboard is failing. And though he could have told me my whole part needed replacing right now, instead he got my dishwasher working again and just let me know how much the part would be when it eventually went out. It saved me at least $100 on a part that isn't quite broken yet and may run quite a while longer. You never get honesty like that anymore! Thanks, Lamar's! I will recommend you highly to others and will definitely call on you again!
