Gary and Ed have been helping me to keep my home at it's best. In the course of the past 18 or more years they have put in hardwood floors, replaced all woodwork and doors, refinished cabinets. upgreade two bathroom. They have refinised the basement twice including patching the foundation cracks.(sons change their minds as to what thay wanted down there also). They have done electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding and windows replacement. They have replaced the garage door and repaired the springs to the door on the occasons they have broken. They remolded my garage, bringing heat and laudry to the garage. However, the big job was to build a 15 x 25 ft three season room on the back of my home, which I love.\r
Now lets move to my Morther home. She was taking in water in the basement to the point she had mold building up. They fixed the chracks, sealed the window again, tore the pannelling down and reblaced it, had to gut the bathroon down there and replace everying.. This job also required installing a second sump-pump in the basement. Then the outside drains around the house where cracked and needed to be replaced. All done under their watchful eye.\r
So, now you know of most of the big things they have help me with but to list all the little minor things they have either fixed or replace for me, we would need to be here all day!\r
