Unfortunatty, Impressions has under gone some changes. It's under new ownership and I can tell you as a previously pleased customer I am now very UNIMPRESSED! I got married about 8 months ago and used Impressions. They were wonderful. Kelly and her mom were amazing and Kathy was great too. It's now time for another family members wedding and they are under new management and it's terrible. I walked in there to get measured and I got nothing but snotty attitudes and a very unwelcoming feel. To top it all off..... they are very unprofessional. There was a family issue between me and the bride that I was unaware of and she did not want me in her wedding for personal reasons which I can understand. The bride however, decided to tell me in a very ugly way.She got the bridal shop involved with telling me by not allowing me to order my dress which them led me to finding out that I was no longer in the wedding. They knew the whole time this wasa happening. It's sad since I was the one who told the bride to go to Impression in the first place. I can't believe preffesional business people would get themselves involved in such of drama. It's bad enough I have to deal with the hurt but I definatly didn't need the bridal shop in on it too. I'm so disgusted with Impressions and will never recommend them to anyone.
