My TravelPro luggage took a beating on my last trip - arrived sans handle. Looked for a TravelPro authorized repair shop in my area and was pleased to find North Hills Shoe & Luggage Repair nearby (they aren't at North Hills anymore, rather North Ridge Shopping Center next to the left of the drug store). I called and was courteously informed about their hours. When I dropped off by luggage, the person who handles repairs was not in, however I was given his name and told I could call in the morning to discuss the repairs needed. Before I could call, I got a call from them saying my luggage was already repaired and they also gave it a once over and fixed some damaged zippers as well. Can't ask for better service than that! I will definitely use them for all my shoe and luggage repairs in the future.
