North Ridge Shoe & Luggage Repair

Had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my luggage repaired. Annette was really easy to work with and helped me with my warranty through Hartmann. The craftsmanship was outstanding, my luggage was badly damaged and after getting it repaired at North Hills Shoe and Luggage no damage is detectable. If you need luggage repaired in Raleigh I highly recommend North Hills Shoe and Luggage repair. more

Great repair service. I took my Kenneth Cole rolling garment bag to North Hills Shoe and Luggage to get a broken wheel replaced. They did a great job--including fixing a zipper that I had not even mentioned. The best part was the reasonable price. It was a lot cheaper than buying a new bag. more

My TravelPro luggage took a beating on my last trip - arrived sans handle. Looked for a TravelPro authorized repair shop in my area and was pleased to find North Hills Shoe & Luggage Repair nearby (they aren't at North Hills anymore, rather North Ridge Shopping Center next to the left of the drug store). I called and was courteously informed about their hours. When I dropped off by luggage, the person who handles repairs was not in, however I was given his name and told I could call in the morning to discuss the repairs needed. Before I could call, I got a call from them saying my luggage was already repaired and they also gave it a once over and fixed some damaged zippers as well. Can't ask for better service than that! I will definitely use them for all my shoe and luggage repairs in the future. more

Been there twice...both times they fixed my TravelPro luggage while I waited. Explained that I had seen some negative reviews...owner had a compelling reason for the reviews. I'll go back. more

Rude! Rude! Rude! Took luggage in for repair, no one there to look at it only the shoe repair guy. Told me that's what phones are for, but how would I know to call because I figured someone would be there when they are open! Told me to come back, I couldn't leave my luggage to be looked at. ""We don't want your luggage maam"". I drove 40 mins. to get there! I wasn't coming back!!!! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!! They do not deserve a star but I couldn't get this published unless I gave them at least one. more
