Our bridesmaids dresses were picked last week. The dress I tried on in the store was a size 8 and fit perfectly, even a little roomy in the waist, so I ordered the 8. The dress I received was significantly smaller. I was barely able to zip it, and once it was zipped, I was unable to breath. I have not gained any weight, either, but rather have lost two inches to my waist size since trying the dress on two months ago.
Another Bridesmaid received a dress with a broken zipper, and Trudy's refused to pay for fixing unless we used their tailors, all of whom were booked until after the wedding. After paying over $200 for our dresses each, to be treated so poorly was disappointing to say the least. Having been a customer at the store for over ten years made the treatment even worse.
