Review content:
I went into Trudy's looking for pink shoes, or to dye shoes pink. The two women at the desk inquired what I was looking for and I said that I needed pink bridal shoes. The older woman giggled sarcasticly and said ""They don't make pink bridal shoes, you have to buy white ones and dye them pink"". I was taken aback, but responded ""Then I would like to see your white shoes."" So she walked me to the shoe display and giggled again and said ""Did you REALLY think they CAME in pink?!"" At this point I was insulted. First of all, it's probably not a good business tactic to treat the customer like an idiot. Secondly, in a bridal/prom store, why is it so ridiculous for someone to be looking for pink shoes? To top it off, I learn that this woman is Trudy. So she leaves me there and tells me if I want to try a size on, to bring the display shoe to the front and someone will get me my size. So I do that, and I find one I like very much. BUT, I then find out they will not dye it for me! As I was leaving, I overheard Trudy on the phone at the register, speaking rudely to someone else! I'm so glad I didn't look for dresses there.
