Review content:
As a bride-to-be 3 years I went to Trudy's to try on dresses. I had very clear descriptions of what I wanted and did not want in a dress. I wanted something simple, no beads or sequins, and less than $1000. Every dress the salesgirl brought me had beads or sequins and was way out of my price range. I am going to be a bridesmaid this summer and when I went to Trudy's to be measured, Trudy was at the front desk when I walked in. She didn't even look up at me when I asked where to get fitted. The salesgirl who walked up to the counter after I asked and was ignored by Trudy answered me hesitantly. Then, when I got my dress it was so big that I could pull it on and off without unzipping it. My seamstress said she could almost make another dress with the ""extra"" fabric. After talking with the other bridesmaids, I learned that this was the case for all 8 of us! The salespeople are supposed to be bridal wear professionals and should know how to size people appropriately. Pros: location Cons: Trudy, salespeople, dress size estimates
