Unfortunately, we went to Kampai for a friend's b-day (after seeing it on this site). Dinner started off badly when the server threatened to charge us $100 because we made a reservation for 10 but a couple of people ended up not joining us. And things then got progressively worse from there. She even had the nerve to tell us that we hadn't spent enough (because we didn't order any alcohol). The food was pretty good and the prices were reasonable but the server's behavior made it one of the worse dining experiences I've ever had.
Pros: fairly inexpensive, good location
Cons: horrible service, unfriendly staff
