The Dr I was seeing at Dominion was OK however, I needed an Rx refilled and my mail order company tried getting in touch with Debbie for 10 days. I then tried calling her and left 2 messages. She never return the pharmacy or my calls at all. When I finally reached her, I asked why she didn't follow through and return the calls, she advised 'I was busy"". I put a call in to the office manager, Shirley Terry. This lady is the lead moron. She said Debbie always returns calls, I said have the days and times from my pharmacy and from when I called where she never returned calls (8 times). I called and left her 2 messages and she had Debbie call me back! This lady could care less what her employees do and the entire practice could care less about their patients. Stay away from this dump!
