I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THEIR STAFF. MY SISTER IS A PATIENT HERE, AND WE HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BY THE STAFF. ""YEA,WHAT, I DON'T KNOW, AND I WILL TAKE YOUR NUMBER"" IS THE TYPICAL RESPONSE I GET EACH AND EVERY TIME I TRIED TALKING TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF. THEY ARE RUDE, IMPERSONABLE. ON ONE OCCASION I HAD TO SPELL MY SISTER'S NAME VERY LOUDLY, WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE HIPA LAW. IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO FIND A GOOD PSYCHIATRIST, BUT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SAFE YOURSELF SOME FRUSTRATION.
