Review content:
Best menudo in Los Angeles. Just like my grandma used to make. Perfect blend of tripe, homony and spices. Delicious. I go there just for the menudo. I have been to other places where they make menudo and they tend to make it too salty. Alegria gets it just right. Better get there early on Saturdays though, I have went there and they sell out of the menudo if you get there too late.
Pros: Good value, good portions, nice people
