I usually don?t write reviews, I never have the time and I never care that much. This time I will make the exception. If you are looking for the summation quickly: do not use this company. It?s not worth it. The actual movers were very polite, when they first started, I told the main guy that in the past I had a bad moving experience; only moved once before, the furniture was damaged the whole nine, he ASSURED me that if we take care of them they would take care of us. (yes I know I should have asked them to leave as soon as he said that)
Pros: uh...they were polite and showed up on time.
Cons: Lack the ability to do the right thing
