These guys have a lot of nice jewelry in the windows and will quote you competitive prices. They try really hard to meet your expectations but I experienced a lot of negatives working with the owner and their staff. First, please be aware that they are not open on the weekends and close at 6, so you have to go see them on your lunch break if you are working....Second, you have to go over exactly what you want and MAKE sure it is written down word for word on your purchase ticket or else they won't get it right. For example, they simply forgot to do my appraisal and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks. Lastly, they do not work well with platnuim or resizing rings very well. Again, they try hard to meet your expectations but you just find yourself having to come in multiple times with a look of disappointment on your face. I recommend using another establishment.
