Review content:
Enjoy the piece and quiet around here, despite the new construction across the stree. Repairs are done the same day, office staff are helpful. Only drawback is parking can be a hassell at night, and some of the spots up front are too small for trucks. All in all a great place to live.
Pros: Friendly staff, close to campus and I 45, good value
Cons: Parking, and laundry facility
