Review content:
I wanted to fix an older TV rather than send it to the recycling pile, so my wife and I agreed to try Abe's. What I thought would be a simple repair (there was no debate what was wrong) took them two attempts to fix correctly for a grand total of $120.00 -- more than the price of the original set. The plastic casing was in pristine condition -- clean and without defects. Yet on both occasions when I picked it up it was covered in dirty fingerprints, stains and pencil marks, and by the second time noticed it had been cracked on the side. There was no apology offered -- no admission of guilt. Rather, the owners wanted to set-up a confrontation between me and the repairman to ""find out the truth"" of what condition the set was when my wife took it in. Oh, and the guy (I guess Abe) flirts with the females customers. My wife said it was a little creepy. Forget Abe's.
Pros: I can't think of any
Cons: Odd way of treating customers.
