I just wanted to say how unsatisfied I am with Ikea. First of all the customer service is horrible! There are hardly any staff members available on the top floor to help you and if you are lucky to find any, they are so indulged in their personal conversation that they don?t even acknowledge you until they are done. They give you a vague answer and don?t even try to help you! After 2 whole hours at this store I go downstairs to get the parts only to find out they out of stock! This has happened on 2 numerous occasions within the last 3 months (parts being out of stock). You would think they would be smart enough to stock especially when one part can make 15 plus different items! It is simply ridiculous and a complete waste of my day! Between the horrible service and lack of stock, I doubt I will be returning to Ikea, it is just not worth the hassle, waste of time and disappointment!
