I chose this hotel because of the price and location. Excellent price, and right smack in Times Square. The room was crappy, but clean. The room had towels, but no wash cloths. I asked at the front desk for a wash cloth and the woman, who didn't speak perfect english said, ""No wash cloth. You have towel in room."" I was shocked that they didn't have wash cloths. Amazingly on our 3rd day of stay our beds were made and wash cloths were in the room!! Guess they found some. Overall, I would stay there again because of price and location, not because of customer service, etc...
Pros: Cheap, Great location
Cons: No wash cloths, Poor customer service
