i was scared by the reviews i had read on the web about Carter hotel, but now that i've been there i am pleased that didnt believe them. The hotel is not luxurious but clean with friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing, you are next to everything u need. I definitely recommend it to budget travellers around the world and would return for a stay at it. NY is amazing!!
