Paramus Honda was offering a special, but my Mom wanted to stick closer to home so she wanted to give them a chance to match the special promo Paramus Honda was doing.
It's impossible to even pull into a parking space and get out of the car before random sales people exit the showroom and pounce on you.
I asked if they could match the newspaper special and the sales guy checked with the manager and said yes. After I test drove the car and thought I was leaving with one they decided they couldn't match the special and made all sorts of excuses. On top of that they were rude and completely unprofessional!
The salesperson had to jump through hoops to get keys to the car and in the end they didn't have the keys one of the colors I wanted to see. The whole place just seems shady. I'm pissed that they have copies of my license, ss #, and credit report. I asked for it back and they refused. Total waste of my time.
There are so many other dealerships, save yourself a huge headache, an argument, and skip this trashy excuse for a car dealership.
The only reason they get one star is because this system does not accept a review with zero stars.
